Core Movement Skills
The program consists of twenty two different exercises which will develop specifically targeted 1v1 moves, turns and receiving skills that we would like Futuro players to have.
Each exercise should be performed on both the left and right and involves incorporating both feet simultaneously.
HIP MOBILITY GOALS:
You are able to freely move your hips in all different directions with ease.
MENTAL IMAGERY GOALS:
Envision in your mind performing the technique with the ball in various situations on the field
Go through workout without making technical errors. Pay attention to specific details of the fake which involve the movement of the upper body in sync with the lower body
UPPER BODY GOALS:
Maintain control while at the same time using the arms, shoulders and head to add to the deception of the fake
CORE STRENGTH GOALS:
Contract core muscles to allow for explosive actions and change of direction
Increase the velocity of movement as the technique gets refined and the range of motion of the hips improves
